Hwy 4 East to /Hwy 160/Rio Vista Exit, then to Wilbur Ave. (last exit before toll plaza). Turn right and go 1/4 block to Bridgehead Rd.  Turn left on Bridgehead Rd. to marina on your right, just before the park.
